Vendor's Requirement

  • Enterprise Business Registration Certificate
  • Evidence of current registration with the Kaduna State Public Procurement Authority (KADPPA)
  • Company audited account for three (3) years (2020, 2021, 2022)
  • Evidence of current tax clearance certificate for three (3) years (2020, 2021, 2022)
  • Evidence of VAT registration and remittances
  • Evidence of financial capability
  • 2 Referees
  • Health, Safety and Food Handling Certificates
  • Business profile (2-4 pages PDF with pictures) an overview of your catering business, including its history, mission statement and any other relevant awards
  • Evidence of suppliers agreement/ contract is an added advantage to your application
